If a product is not immediately available, HumTumCart may arrange fresh stock from the supplier. This process may require additional time.

If the arranged product does not pass basic quality checks or testing, we may arrange another unit before dispatch to ensure the customer receives the correct and usable product. This may extend the delivery timeline.

If the product cannot be arranged within a reasonable time, the customer will be informed and may be offered an alternative product, revised timeline, order cancellation, or refund as applicable.
